Who qualifies for a reverse mortgage?

What is a HELOC, and should I use one instead of a cash-out refinance?

What is a Non-QM loan?

What's the minimum credit score to buy a home?
FHA loans go as low as 580 (3.5% down) or 500 (10% down). Conventional requires 620+. Most Non-QM programs start at 620. A higher score means a better rate — even a 20-point improvement can make a meaningful difference in your monthly payment.
What's the difference between FHA and Conventional loans?
